This client requested a complete kitchen remodeling. The client is not on a strict time frame so we thought it would be informative to have you see the process.
All cabinets and plumbing are removed down to the drywall.
After initial demo. The drywall is removed and rhe original floor is torn out. In this case we added an addition to the kitchen. New windows and patio doors were installed and a new stairwell to the basement was created.
After the new wiring and outlets were installed and inspected the new drywall is installed.
New flooring is installed.
Custom wood cabinets are delivered and placed in the kitchen. Since this is a remodel, most of the work done to make them fit perfectly and level can not be seen. Making this 80 year old home square and plumb again is a major key to making sure the finished product looks and functions correctly.
Kitchen sink and bar sink are placed. Custom counter tops are placed and secured. Appropriate sealing is completed around sinks. The island piece is a solid slab. Added touch is the matching piece on the pony wall that is a solid cut with no seams.
